This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Rebirth of Fitness mobile application and website (rebirthapp.co.za). It supplements our Terms of Service and defines the conduct expected of all users. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Rebirth of Fitness for the following purposes:

• Personal fitness tracking, workout logging, and training progress monitoring
• Following structured training programs for personal health and performance goals
• Using AI coaching features to receive personalised training guidance
• Tracking nutrition, hydration, and recovery for personal wellness
• Participating in league rankings and challenges for personal motivation
• Accessing educational fitness and training content within the app

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Impersonating another user, person, or organisation within the platform
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Rebirth of Fitness
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Uploading content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Using the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account

3. Automated Access & Scraping

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, spiders, or other automated tools to access, query, or interact with the platform
• Systematically download, scrape, or harvest content or data from the platform
• Use data extracted from the platform to train, develop, or improve a competing product or AI system
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any technical measures designed to protect the platform

4. Health Data Integrity

Rebirth of Fitness generates personalised training recommendations based on the data you provide. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful health and fitness information during onboarding and in your profile
• Not deliberately submit false or misleading health data to manipulate platform recommendations
• Not exploit AI or algorithmic systems to generate recommendations for others without proper context
• Acknowledge that automated recommendations are generated based on the data you supply and are not a substitute for professional medical advice

5. Intellectual Property Respect

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute workout programs, training plans, or written content from the app for commercial purposes
• Publish screenshots, screen recordings, or extracts of proprietary content on other platforms without attribution and prior written consent
• Claim ownership of, or pass off as your own, any content created by Rebirth of Fitness

6. Enforcement

We take misuse of the platform seriously. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Rebirth of Fitness may take the following actions:

• Warning — for minor first-time infractions
• Temporary suspension — for repeated or more serious violations
• Permanent account termination — for severe, repeated, or malicious violations
• Legal action — where violations involve fraud, intellectual property theft, or harm to the platform or other users

Termination due to AUP violations will not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

If you encounter conduct that you believe violates this policy — including abuse, harassment, or intellectual property infringement — please report it to us immediately:

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
