This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your behaviour on the Rebirth of Fitness mobile App and website. It supplements our Terms of Service and is binding on every user. By using the platform — and especially the social features (groups, leagues, live challenges, share cards, monthly rewards, AI coach) — you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Rebirth of Fitness for the following purposes:

• Personal fitness tracking, workout logging, and training-progress monitoring
• Following structured strength, run, hybrid, HYROX, race-simulation, and Women's Hub programs for personal goals
• Receiving personalised guidance from the AI coach
• Tracking nutrition, body measurements, weekly check-ins, and recovery
• Competing in leagues, joining groups, creating challenges, and participating in live challenges with people you actually know or train alongside
• Creating and sharing universal share cards from your own runs and workouts
• Claiming monthly rewards you have legitimately earned

2. Account Integrity

• Do not impersonate another person, athlete, brand, or organisation
• Do not use a display name that misleads others about your identity, role, or affiliation
• Do not register on behalf of someone else without their permission

3. Behaviour Toward Other Users

Inside groups, group activity feeds, league leaderboards, share-card captions, and any other shared surface, the following are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking of any other user, athlete, or staff member
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks people on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content (including in display names, group names, and challenge names)
• Doxxing — posting any other user's personal information without their consent
• Spamming groups, the activity feed, the AI coach, or other endpoints with automated or repetitive content
• Off-platform solicitation: using the App to recruit users to competing fitness platforms, MLMs, paid coaching outside Rebirth of Fitness, or other unrelated commercial services

4. Health, Safety & No Doping Advice

Rebirth of Fitness is a training platform, not a medical service. You agree not to:

• Encourage or instruct other users to engage in unsafe training, extreme dieting, or disordered eating
• Promote, sell, or share advice on performance-enhancing drugs, steroids, SARMs, or other prohibited substances — whether in groups, the activity feed, share-card captions, AI-coach prompts, or anywhere else
• Pose as a medical professional or healthcare provider in your interactions with other users
• Submit deliberately false health data (weight, age, cycle phase, symptoms) to manipulate the recommendations the App generates for yourself or others

5. Fair Competition (Leagues, Groups & Challenges)

Competition in Rebirth of Fitness must be honest. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate point reversal, removal of standings, and possible account termination:

• Fabricating workouts, runs, or sessions you did not actually perform
• Submitting GPS-spoofed runs, treadmill runs flagged as outdoor, or runs recorded by someone else as your own
• Using motorised vehicles, e-bikes, or any non-foot-powered means during a "run" entry
• Submitting the same workout or run multiple times via different accounts or different entry paths
• Coordinated point farming designed to manipulate league rank, monthly reward eligibility, or challenge outcomes
• Submitting fraudulent shipping details when claiming a monthly merch reward

Our integrity systems automatically flag suspicious activity (impossible pace, GPS jumps, duplicate runs, unrealistic session frequency, points spikes) and our admin team reviews flagged accounts. Confirmed violations may result in points being reversed, rewards being revoked, and accounts being suspended.

6. AI Coach

The AI coach is provided to support your training. You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or publish the AI coach's system prompts, instructions, or internal logic
• Use the AI coach to generate content for resale or for use in a competing product
• Use the AI coach to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
• Submit prompts designed to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass safety guardrails
• Submit prompts containing other people's personal information without their consent

7. Automated Access & Scraping

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, query, or interact with the platform — including the live-challenge WebSocket channels
• Systematically download, scrape, or harvest content, programs, exercise data, or user data from the platform
• Use data extracted from the platform to train, develop, or improve a competing product, AI system, or analytics service
• Circumvent rate limits, captcha challenges, abuse-prevention controls, or any other technical measures designed to protect the platform

8. Intellectual Property Respect

When using the platform you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute workout programs, training plans, or written content from the App for commercial purposes
• Republish entire programs, screenshots of full screens, or video walk-throughs of premium content on other platforms
• Claim authorship of content created by Rebirth of Fitness
• Re-share share-card images that were generated for accounts other than your own without that user's permission

9. Enforcement & Consequences

Depending on the severity and pattern of the violation, Rebirth of Fitness may take any of the following actions:

• Warning — for minor first-time infractions
• Content removal — deletion of offending posts, captions, group content, or AI-coach messages
• Points / rewards reversal — removal of league points, removal of monthly reward eligibility, revocation of vouchers
• Temporary suspension — for repeated or more serious violations
• Permanent account termination — for severe, repeated, or malicious violations
• Legal action — where violations involve fraud, intellectual-property theft, doxxing, or harm to the platform or other users

Termination due to AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

10. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter conduct you believe violates this policy — including harassment, fake accounts, cheating in challenges, intellectual-property infringement, or anything else that feels wrong — please report it to us. We treat reports confidentially and never disclose the reporter's identity to the reported user.

11. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action against your account was made in error, you may appeal by emailing us at support@rebirthapp.co.za with the subject line Account Appeal within 30 days of the action. Include your account email, a description of the action, and any context you believe is relevant. We will review the appeal and respond within 14 days.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
