App questions, bug reports, feedback

Stuck on a screen, app crashed, a workout didn't sync, or just have a feature idea? Drop us a line and we'll take a look. Including your device model, iOS / Android version, and the App version (Profile → bottom of the screen) makes it much easier for us to reproduce.

2. Account & Billing

Subscriptions, refunds, restore purchases

Most subscription and refund issues are handled directly by the App Store or Google Play (we never see your payment details), but we're happy to help you find the right place — or to investigate if a Pro feature isn't unlocking after a successful purchase.

3. Data Subject Requests (POPIA / GDPR)

Privacy
Access, correction, deletion, export, objection

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Many of these are available directly in the App (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account, for example). For everything else, email us — please send the request from the email address on your account so we can verify your identity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy Reports

AUP
Report harassment, cheating, or objectionable content

Saw a league competitor with impossible run paces, a profile name that breaks our rules, or received an abusive message? Let us know which user or workout you're reporting and what you observed. We review every report and we never share your identity with the reported user.

5. Security Vulnerability Disclosure

Security
Responsible disclosure of security issues

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in the Rebirth of Fitness App or website, please report it privately before disclosing it publicly. Include reproduction steps where you can. We will not take legal action against good-faith researchers who follow responsible disclosure practices.
